Based in Guyra, this hands-on leadership role is perfect for an experienced civil construction professional who enjoys leading a crew from the front. You'll coordinate daily drainage maintenance activities while working alongside the team to deliver safe, effective outcomes for our community

Leadership experience and a hands-on approach to civil construction work.

Robust planning and organisational skills to coordinate crews and deliver outcomes.

Experience operating a range of civil plant and equipment.

Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.

The ability to confidently use technology and maintain accurate records.

$1,420 per week + super, based on a 38-hour week
