Responsibilities nn
Effectively manage account portfolio, ensuring it aligns with overall ANZ objectives.
n
Negotiate in-store and online "game plans," including merchandising programs, Balance of Floor (BOF), and Balance of Sale (BOS), for execution by Field sales representatives.
n
Manage online customers performance marketing strategies including: Ad spend management, CRO & ROAS optimisation as well as traffic generation.
n
Manage revenue, Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) by category, and Trade Partner Investment (TPI) by account across the assigned customer base.
n
Manage online Amazon Marketplace to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained and planned in advance of Marketing promotions by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
n
Drive effective sell-in and sell-through of products, with a robust focus on New Product Development (NPD) and strategic imperatives.
n
Act as a consultant to customers,



enhancing margins through increased sales and improving product mix.
n
Negotiate strategic growth agreements for each quarter.
n
Capture and communicate internally industry and competitor insights.
n
Collaborate with the Training & Execution team to maximise sell-through.
n
Cultivate strategic and positive relationships with trade customers.
n
Align business processes across Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain for activity and demand planning.
n

Skills nn
Minimum of three years of proven digital key account management experience.
n
Experience within Amazon Marketplace is a must
n
E-commerce experience or managed e-comm accounts.
n
Solid business acumen and superior negotiation skills.
n
Excellent training, presentation, and relationship management skills.
n
Friendly, engaging, and positive personality and approach.
n
High level of self-motivation.
n
Fully licensed to drive passenger vehicles.
n
Ideally culinary and/ or small appliances interest.
