DPperformance is a fast-growing online coaching business. We help clients build strength, lose fat and keep it off through 1:1 online coaching, and we're growing our team of coaches.
What you'll do
Coach a cohort of online clients through our coaching system
Build and adjust training and nutrition plans in our coaching app
Check in with clients weekly or fortnightly via Looms to track progress and keep them accountable
Keep clients motivated and help them stay on track
Work with our head coach and team to keep standards high
About you
Cert III/IV in Fitness, or similar qualification (or equivalent experience)
Real coaching experience, ideally online
Solid communicator, confident in writing and on video/chat
Organised, reliable and self-driven
Passion for health, fitness and changing lives
