Qualifications & experience

n

Must have at least 2 years prior experience as a Breakfast Chef
n
Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
n
Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
n
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
n
Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes
n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

n
Prepare and cook all breakfast menu items to a high standard
n




Set up the breakfast station and ensure all mise en place is ready before service
n
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
n
Follow recipes and portion controls consistently
n
Ensure speed and efficiency during peak breakfast hours
n
Assist with stock rotation and reporting low ingredients to the Head Chef
n
Properly clean down kitchen and equipment after breakfast service
n
Adapt to special dietary requirements and customer requests when needed
n
Support the team in other kitchen duties when required
n

You’ll be working under an experienced Head Chef who will support and up-skill you, helping you grow and become the best in your role.
