This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, supporting sales processes, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is not an account’s role—it is a key position focused on supporting the sales function through accurate order processing, system management, and customer coordination.

About the Role n

You will play an important role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly by managing orders, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting both customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Process and manage customer orders accurately using Unleashed (ERP) and CRM systems
n
Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
n
Support the sales team with quotes, pricing, product information, and general enquiries
n
Maintain and update customer, pricing, and product data across ERP and CRM systems
n
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
n
Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers as required
n




Generate basic reports and insights using Excel and internal systems
n

About you nn
Experience in sales administration, internal sales, or customer service support role
n
Data entry and experience with CRM platforms, and/or Microsoft products including Excel.
n
Strong attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and managing data
n
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
n
Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to keep things moving
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
