ESS Manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote works, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

The Position:

Lead and allocate daily cleaning tasks, providing hands-on support where required.
n
Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual cleaning requirements.
n
Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of presentation and service.
n
Manage rosters and support scheduling and team development.
n
Identify and resolve conflict situations.
n
Adhere to health, safety and security procedures.
n
Maintain safe personal presentation standards.
n
Provide feedback on health safety and security.
n
Report all incidents immediately.
n
Identify and report all hazards.
n
n
The Person:
n
n
Experience in leading a team.
n
Experience in housekeeping servicing industry.
n
Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and support others.
n
Effective communication skills.
n
Strong problem‑solving ability and confidence in making decisions.
n
Ability to lead by example and uphold standards.
n
Full Australian Driver’s License (required).
