Job Description

The CSL Group Inc. in Sydney is seeking a Manager, Crewing to lead crew management and ensure effective staffing for vessels in Australian waters.

You will supervise crew coordinators, plan personnel assignments, manage crew changes, and oversee recruitment and training to meet seafarers' requirements while maintaining up-to-date records in the crewing system. The role offers stability within a growing maritime group.
