Vertiv’s Program for Aspiring Vertiv Engineers (PAVE) offers a structured 12‑month path for early‑career engineers. The Technical Track combines hands‑on learning, training, and mentorship to build core engineering capabilities.

Participants rotate through Technical Services, Service Delivery, Project Management, Product Applications, and Customer Technical Support, gaining exposure to data centers, networks, and industrial settings worldwide.
