Lawyer (Associate & Senior Associate) – Projects, Energy and Infrastructure n

There is an opportunity for both an Associate and Senior Associate to join this high-performing team.

Position Description n

In this role, you will:

n

n
Advise on the procurement, delivery, and operation of major infrastructure and energy projects
n
Support clients with strategic procurement processes, tender design, and bid support
n
Advise on M&A;, joint ventures, divestments, and project structuring in the energy and infrastructure sectors
n
Draft and negotiate project agreements, including EPCs, operations and maintenance contracts, and innovative delivery models
n
Act on high-value government transactions, asset sales, restructures, and broader advisory work
n
Work with a diverse client base including investors, developers, financiers, and government
n





Key Requirements nn
2–7 years' PAE in projects, energy, construction, or infrastructure law
n
Strong experience in front-end projects, procurement, or project finance
n
Excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage complex transactions
n
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with major clients
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
n
