Outback Stores is seeking a passionate Training Officer to join our People & Culture team at the Darwin Support Office. You will deliver and assess accredited retail training programs to help local store staff develop skills, confidence and career prospects, with travel to remote communities up to a week.

You will work with Store Managers and the Training team, provide face-to-face and virtual training, maintain records in VETtrak, and support compliance and continuous improvement.
