Yourresponsibilities: n

Ownservicesforaportfolioofapplications,providingresponsivefunctionalandtechnicalsupportandclearcommunicationtouserswithinD365,WorkatoandPowerPlatform
n
Manageincidents,servicerequestsandproblemsfromtriagethroughresolution,meetagreedservicelevelsandeliminaterecurringissuesatrootcause.

Design,developandimplementbusinessprocessautomationsusing WorkatoandMicrosoftPowerPlatform(PowerAutomate,PowerApps)andotherrelevanttools
n
AutomatereportingworkflowsandsurfacemeaningfulKPIsthatgiveleadershipvisibilityintooperationalperformance
n
ManageandadministerthePowerPlatformandAzureenvironments,includingsecurity,configuration,andgovernance
n
Workwithprocessownersandbusinessanalyststounderstandneeds,simplifywaysofworkingandtranslateapprovedrequirementsintosupportableconfigurationorlow-codechanges.

Aboutyou: nn
3-5yearsworkingwithApplicationsupportandhands-onexperienceadministering,configuringandsupportingapplicationssuchasMicrosoftPowerPlatform,Workato,Pega,ServiceNoworsimilar
n
PracticalknowledgeofAPIs,authentication,datamapping,scheduledjobsanddataflows,withtheabilitytomonitorandtroubleshootintegrationsacrossmultipleapplications.
n
Strongstakeholderengagementskills,you'llbeadvisingnon-technicalbusinessunitsandpresentingupwardtoleadership.
