Henry's Bakery Cafe is looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Bread Baker to join our team full time. This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver or someone looking to start a hands-on career in the baking industry.

You'll work alongside experienced bakers, learning traditional bread-making techniques while completing a nationally recognised apprenticeship through TAFE.
What you'll do n

Learn the art of bread baking from experienced professionals.
n
Mix, shape, proof and bake a wide range of artisan and everyday breads.
n
Maintain a clean, protected and organised bakery.
n
Work as part of a supportive and friendly team.
n
Attend two TAFE workshop/assessment days at Kingscliff per semester , with the remainder of your training completed on the job.

Roster Options:

Monday to Friday: 3:00am – 11:00am
n
Tuesday to Saturday: 3:00am – 11:00am
n
n
Approximate Award Salary Expectations:
Applicants who have NOT completed Year 12 n
n
Monday to Friday: $35,000 per year
n
Tuesday to Saturday: $37,000 per year
n
Applicants who HAVE completed Year 12 nn
Monday to Friday: $38,000 per year
n
Tuesday to Saturday: $40,500 per year
n
