Job Description

Shiels Group is seeking an Ecommerce Lead to own the onsite shopping experience. You’ll align ecommerce, marketing and UX to optimise campaigns, merchandising and product discovery on the Shopify platform.

You’ll apply your 3+ years in retail ecommerce and solid trading instincts to improve conversion, AOV and revenue. Knowledge of GA4, Excel, and Shopify Analytics helps translate data into action, with a focus on scalable, customer-centric enhancements.
