Honey Birdette is looking for an organised and detail-loving Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team.
Whether your background is in accounts payable, office management or administration, if you are switched on, have exceptional attention to detail and know your way around an Excel spreadsheet, we would love to hear from you.
You will play an important role in keeping our day-to-day finance operations running smoothly.
This is an exciting opportunity to build your finance experience while working behind the scenes of a bold, fun and fast-growing luxury retail lingerie brand.What You'll Be DoingProcessing a medium to high volume of invoices, purchase orders and expense claims accurately and efficientlyPreparing and reconciling supplier accounts, corporate credit cards and bank transactionsEnsuring costs are accurately allocated across general ledger accounts and cost centresCoordinating weekly and ad hoc payment runs, including uploading payments to banking platformsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial policies,
