high-availability services within regulated enterpriseenvironments. The role will be responsible for leading Service DeliveryManagers and multi-vendor SIAM teams, ensuring operational excellence acrossIncident, Problem, Change, Release, Monitoring, and Vulnerability Management.The successful candidate will drive service stability, major incidentmanagement, continual service improvement, SLA/XLA governance, and servicetransition activities while leveraging AI, automation, and contemporary cloudtechnologies to optimize service delivery and business outcomes. Strongstakeholder management, leadership of complex service ecosystems, ITILexpertise, and a proven track record of delivering measurable operationalimprovements are essential.
