This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated housekeeping team, maintain exceptional standards, and contribute to delivering outstanding guest experiences in a hotel environment.If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy leading from the front, and take pride in delivering quality results, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day management of housekeeping operations while leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.Working closely with hotel management and operational teams, you'll help ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operationsLead, train, and support housekeeping team membersAllocate daily tasks and manage workflow effectivelyConduct room and public area inspectionsMaintain high quality, productivity, and presentation standardsMonitor compliance with Workplace Health & Safety requirementsRespond professionally to guest requests and service issuesLiaise with hotel departments to ensure smooth operationsComplete operational reporting and maintain accurate recordsIdentify and escalat operational concerns where requiredWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role or similar leadership position within hospitalityStrong leadership and team-building abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a rapid‐paced environment and manage competing prioritiesA positive, hands‐on approach and strong work ethicAvailability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends as requiredWhy Join Silk Hospitality?
