replacements and returns, logged cleanly in HubSpot and NetSuiteFlagging recurring problems so we fix the cause, and turning well-handled issues into reviewsThe challenge:you are the voice of the brand after the sale.
When something goes wrong, customers remember how you handled it, not what broke.You'll fit if youHave 2+ years in customer service, after-sales, warranty or a service deskStay calm with frustrated people and follow through without being chasedWrite clearly and correctly, because most of this job is writtenCan keep dozens of open issues moving without dropping oneAre confident with CRMs, MS Office and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPTHighly regarded:warranty or technical product experience, a background in equipment, trades or automotive, HubSpot or NetSuite, a passion for fitness, and a sense of humour.In office at Upper Coomera, Monday to Friday.
