The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the safe and efficient operations of the Yetifoam installation equipment and mobile plant.The Role:Liaise with customers to coordinate arrival, site access and manage expectations for a safe and effective installationAssess each site on arrival for relevant risks and hazardsUnload all necessary equipment at each job site including tools, hoses and protective equipmentApply YetiFoam insulation ensuring seamless, high quality coverageTrain and mentor junior staff on secure and effective techniquesConduct quality control checks, verifying foam thickness, adhesion, curing, and compliance with specificationsConduct any on-site maintenance of equipment as requiredCoordinate post installation activities, such as ventilation,
site cleanup and reporting in online CRMWhat's on Offer:Paid training and certifications with support from industry expertsCompetitive salary based on experienceCareer progression opportunities with pathways for both Trainees and Lead TechniciansCompany vehicle access and occasional paid regional travelSupportive, hands-on team environment with strong environmental valuesQualifications, Skills and Experience required for the role include:Previous experience in semi / skilled labour is essential (e.g. spray painting, pest control, sandblasting, concreting, insulation, plumbing or general labouring)Experience in spray application, with a strong focus on Graco equipment is an advantageGood communication, organisational and time management required.Must be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in the operation of hand tools and power toolsDemonstrated ability to lead a small team, coordinate job site activities, and train junior technicians in equipment handling and safety procedures.Current driver's licence is essentialMedium Rigid Licence is desirable (can be obtained during training)Licenced forklift driver certificate is desirable
