Our client, a energetic renewable energy company, is seeking a senior lawyer with 5-10 years' PQE to join the team in Australia.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide strategic and commercial legal support across project development and lifecycle.You will draft, negotiate and review a range of agreements including project, construction, finance, and operations & maintenance, and contribute to corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
