Cornerstone Parking is seeking a confident and customer-focused Cart Park Control Room Operator to support both our central operations and on-site car park activities.About the RoleThis is a dynamic, hybrid role combining control room operations with hands-on field support.
You'll be the voice and eyes of our operation—monitoring sites, assisting customers, and coordinating responses—while also attending car parks to carry out preventative maintenance and resolve equipment or customer issues when required.Perfect for someone with a contact centre background who enjoys variety and practical problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesCar Park Control Room (Primary Duties):Monitor live CCTV, intercoms, and parking systems across multiple sitesHandle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathyAssist customers with parking enquiries, payments,



and access issuesRespond to incidents and coordinate with field staff or contractorsMaintain accurate records of all interactions and system activityField-Based Duties:Attend car park sites to respond to equipment faults and customer issuesCarry out basic preventative maintenance and consumables restockingTroubleshoot ticket machines, boom gates, and payment systemsEnsure sites are clean, functional, and operating efficientlyLiaise with contractors and elevate technical issues where requiredWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a contact centre, call centre, or customer service role.Strong communication skills with a calm and skilled phone mannerPractical, hands‐on approach with the ability to troubleshoot issues on‐siteAbility to multitask and stay composed under pressureGood computer skills and confidence using multiple systemsAvailability to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends if required)Why Join Cornerstone Parking?
