The Austral Hotel in Colac, Victoria has been recently renovated to be one of the premium hotels within the south western district of Victoria.
Enjoying a consistent food trade serving over **** locals and travelers each week, the Austral is looking to add to its Kitchen team.You will need to love producing quality food, being customer service focused and enjoy working in a team.
All the kitchen team have input to menu creativity and ideas.
All food handling and commercial cooking certificates are a requirement for the role
