Including weekly and monthly team meetings targeted at developing your exposure to different psychometrics assessments and interventions.In your new role, you will manage a portfolio of clients with an injury who are unable to return to their pre-injury role to find meaningful employment with a new organisation.
This involves creating and monitoring rehabilitation plans which aim to gradually return your clients back to work.You will develop the skills needed to conduct motivational interviews with clients as well as influencing stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.Looking after a client portfolio,
