Here's what your days will look like:Own complex grievances, investigations and termination matters for our top-tier clientsProvide robust, commercially focused workplace relations advice that mitigates legal and reputational riskPrepare claim responses (e.g. FWC matters) and coordinate conciliation documentationDeliver client training, webinars and facilitate implementation meetingsAct as a trusted advisor within significant client accounts, spotting where else we can add valueMaintain rigorous case documentation and milestone trackingWho we're looking forYou're the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what to do - you see a problem and get on with solving it.
