A Day in the Life of a
Digital Marketing Account Manager
@ Excite
We believe indelivering outstanding resultsfor our clients, coupled withgood old-fashioned customer service– this role is about both (in equal parts)!
Your typical week would include:




Working withsmall-medium business ownersto learn about their business and help themgenerate more leadsvia SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Analysing digital marketing opportunitiesfor clients and creating cutting-edge strategies.
Regularlysharing "wins" and "opportunities"with clients.
Providing afirst-class level of care, service, and valueto your clients.
Recommending/upsellingadditional services to clients which couldhelp them generate even more leadsfor their business.
Reviewing clients' websites to find opportunities forimprovements to conversion rates.
Keyword research and analysis(organic and paid).
Keeping up to datewith latest trends and methodologies to ensure we're deliveringsuperior results for our clients.

Enthusiasm for the art ofdigital marketing.
A good understanding ofSEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and CRO, and a willingness to continuously keep your knowledge up to date.
Ability to work acrossseveral projects at a time.
Ability to besuper-dependableto your teammates and clients.
Ability tofollow existing processes,



and assist with developing new processes.
Experience withGoogle Analytics, SEO tools, and paid search tools.
