Enjoy getting to the bottom of a tricky fault? We’re recruiting experienced technicians to service commercial refrigeration and catering equipment for pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafés, commercial kitchens and aged-care facilities.

Based in Wollongong, you’ll work across the Illawarra, Southern Sydney, the Southern Highlands and the South Coast. The work is varied: one job might involve diagnosing a cool room fault, while the next could be servicing an ice machine or commissioning current kitchen equipment.
The role n
n
Diagnose faults and repair commercial refrigeration and catering equipment
n
Attend breakdowns and complete preventative maintenance and warranty work
n
Install, test and commission recent equipment
n
Identify and arrange parts needed for repairs and installations
n
Manage service calls through a mobile job-management system
n
Complete explicit reports on faults, their causes and the work undertaken
n
Keep customers informed and work closely with the service coordinator
n
What you’ll bring nn
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, or an equivalent qualification
n
Current National Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
n
Restricted Electrical Occupation Licence
n
Current NSW driver licence
n
At least two years’ experience in a similar commercial refrigeration or service role
n
Strong fault-finding skills and confidence managing jobs in the field
n
Good communication skills and pride in doing the job properly
n
n
Experience with commercial catering equipment is highly regarded. This could include dishwashers, ovens, combi ovens, ice machines, cool rooms and freezers.
