The essentials n

Permanent, full time
n
Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office
n
What you'll do nn
Deliver legal operations projects end to end as part of multidisciplinary teams
n
Analyse how a client's legal function works today and where the friction sits
n
Help design and facilitate workshops that turn complex ideas into something a client can act on
n
Apply legal engineering principles to translate legal and business requirements into working digital solutions
n
Build client-facing material, from the underlying analysis through to the recommendations
n
Support client relationships and contribute to proposals and pitches
n
What you'll need nn
Legal operations or legal transformation experience, with hands‑on delivery on client projects
n
Exposure to legal operating model design, process improvement or resourcing strategy
n
A working grasp of the legal technology and AI landscape
n
Data analysis and visualisation
n
Explicit communication with both legal and business stakeholders
n
Nice to have nn
Legal engineering experience, designing or implementing technology‑enabled solutions
n
Change management or design thinking training
n
A consulting or skilled services background
n
