An experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor (Full time and part time) who can take responsibility for overseeing multiple sites and supporting growing operations.
Key responsibilities n

Supervise and manage cleaning teams across multiple sites
n
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
n
Ensure cleaning scopes and client requirements are followed
n
Train and support cleaners and team leaders
n
Manage staff performance and attendance
n
Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts
n
Complete inspection reports, photos and rectification reports
n
Monitor cleaning standards, chemicals and consumables
n
Assist with rostering and operational planning
n
Respond to urgent operational issues when required
n

Good communication and people-management skills

Ability to work independently and make decisions

A skilled and reliable attitude
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Police Check / WWCC where required
