Job Description

Fitness Cartel Careers is seeking a driven Personal Training Manager to lead and grow our PT team across multiple clubs in Australia. You will recruit, mentor and coach a high-performing group of trainers while driving revenue, member engagement and overall club results.

You’ll deliver Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT, oversee timetables, ensure safety and service quality, and run the 8-Week Challenge to boost outcomes and culture.
