About the role n

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience out of trade and will be proficient in all aspects of residential carpentry.

Key responsibilities n

n
Execute carpentry work to a high standard, including but not limited to framing, cladding, and interior fix-out.
n
Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team workplace.
n
Ensure all work adheres to safety policies and protocols.
n




Participate in residential and new home builds from start to finish.
n
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
n

About you nn
Certificate IV in Carpentry highly beneficial.
n
Experience in supervising team members and other trades.
n
Minimum of 5 years of relevant carpentry experience out of trade.
n
Proven experience across all aspects of carpentry, including framing, cladding, and fix-out.
n
Capacity to work unsupervised and take initiative.
n
Experience in residential and current home builds is essential.
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety policies.
n
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
n
Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
