We are a highly successful,Xero Platinum Partnerpractice experiencing rapid growth across ourBeerwah, Gympie, and Hervey Baynetwork.
We are seeking aTPB Registered Tax Agentfor animmediate startto support our high-volume review and lodgment workflow.
This role offers exceptional volume stability, averagingup to 100 tax return reviews per week.
Because we are a premium Xero cloud practice, our internal team handles 100% of the data collection and preparation using optimized Xero workflows.
Your core focus will strictly be compliance verification, quality control, and final lodgment.
You can work completelyremotelyor out of any of our regionalQLD offices.
Key Responsibilities
Review and lodgeup to 100 prepared tax returns weekly (Individual, Partnership, Company, and Trust) usingXero Tax.
Provide supervisory oversightand sign-off in strict compliance with Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) guidelines.
Identify tax risksor opportunities within prepared files and guide the prep team on corrections.
Maintain efficient turnaround timesto support our streamlined cloud workflow.
Requirements & Qualifications
TPB Registration:Current, unrestrictedRegistered Tax Agentstatus with theTax Practitioners Board.
Xero Expertise:Deep proficiency and recent experience navigatingXero TaxandXero Practice Manager (XPM).
Capacity:Ability to consistently manage and turn around high-volume files (up to 100 per week).
Insurance:ActiveProfessional Indemnity (PI) insurancepolicy.
Availability:Ready for animmediate start.
