Veeam is seeking a Technical Lead Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering, to lead a team delivering complex customer deployments to the Securiti AI platform. You will own team growth, portfolio delivery, and the customer experience from first deployment through scaled use.

This hands-on leadership role requires reviewing architecture, guiding decisions, supporting escalations, and improving patterns and tools to ensure high-quality, predictable execution across multiple accounts.
