Job Description

Peabody Energy, Inc. seeks a Mining Engineer for our Wilpinjong Mine near Mudgee, NSW. The role focuses on short-term Load & Haul scheduling and design for an open-cut operation, ensuring protected daily and weekly mine plans aligned with longer-term strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a Mining Engineering degree, have solid communication skills, and experience with mine planning software (Vulcan preferred). Coal experience is advantageous.
