SITE MANAGER – 23 Townhouse Development | $150K + Super + Car

Design & Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client, a well-established residential builder, to secure an experienced Site Manager for a 23-townhouse development in Caboolture.
n
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the project from civil works through to completion , working closely with trades, subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team to ensure the development is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
THE ROLE n
n
Manage the 23-townhouse project from civils through to completion and handover.
n
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site activities.
n
Manage project programming, sequencing and daily site operations.
n
Monitor quality, safety, costs and construction progress.
n
Coordinate inspections, consultants, engineers and relevant authorities.
n
Manage defects and ensure a high-quality handover.
n
Utilise Procore for project management, documentation and communication.
n
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure project milestones are achieved.
n
ABOUT YOU nn
Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor across residential construction.
n
Experience delivering townhouse or multi-residential projects is highly desirable.
n
Robust understanding of construction from civil works through to completion.
n
Current QBCC licence is essential.
n
Proficient in Procore.
n
Solid subcontractor management and communication skills.
n
Ability to confidently manage the day-to-day running of a large residential site.
n
Strong focus on quality, safety, programme and delivery.
