As ourSafety and Compliance Business Partner, you'll work alongside OSHC and Kindergarten services to strengthen compliance, embed best practice, and build a proactive reporting culture.
From providing expert guidance on the National Quality Framework to supporting services through audits, incidents, and continuous improvement, you'll be at the centre of ensuring safe, high-quality environments for every child.

Job Description
Monitor compliance with National Law, Regulations, and NQF standards
Manage incidents, reporting, and regulatory submissions on time
Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to services and teams
Drive quality improvement, audits, and compliance assurance activities
Build strong stakeholder relationships and support regulatory engagement
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of ECEC legislation, regulations, and the NQF
Proven experience in governance and compliance within early years settings
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship skills
Highly organised,
with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
Ongoing full-time Australian work rights
