Experienced Painter | New Builds | Full-Time ArmidaleUniplan Group is seeking an experienced Painter to join our manufacturing team in Armidale.Whether you're trade qualified or have built your skills through years of hands-on industry experience, we'd like to hear from you.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' painting experience in Australia, including demonstrated experience across interior and exterior commercial and/or residential construction.This is an opportunity to secure secure, long-term local employment, working predominantly on brand-new builds with one of NSW's largest modular building manufacturers.About Uniplan GroupUniplan Group is an industry leader in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), with more than 25 years of experience.Our Armidale manufacturing facility has an impressive range of buildings under construction at any given time.
Our unique production process operates to a precise, regulated "drum beat", with each building moving through specialised workstations - starting as a steel chassis and transforming into a completed, ready-to-occupy building in as little as 21 days.Recent Builds - Not RepaintsOur painting team works predominantly on brand-new modular buildings, from initial surface preparation through to the final quality finish.You'll work across new residential and commercial-style builds within our Armidale manufacturing facility, rather than travelling between existing homes completing repaint or renovation work.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Preparing interior and exterior surfaces for paintingFilling holes, cracks and gaps and completing surface preparationApplying paints and coatings using brushes,



rollers and spray equipmentConfidently using spray equipment to achieve professional, high-quality finishesCompleting interior and exterior painting across new residential and commercial-style buildsCompleting touch-ups and rectification workMaintaining painting equipment, tools and work areasWorking collaboratively with other trades throughout productionMaintaining Uniplan's quality and safety standardsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years' painting experience in AustraliaDemonstrated interior and exterior painting experienceCommercial and/or residential construction experienceStrong experience using spray equipmentExcellent preparation and finishing skillsHigh attention to detail and pride in your workmanshipAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong reliability and work ethicTrade qualification highly regarded, but not essential for experienced applicantsWhy Join Uniplan?
