About You:
Qualified Assistant Property Manager with current registration6 + Months of property management experienceConfident with routine inspections and maintenance coordinationRTA/QCAT experience ideal but not essentialHighly organised, proactive, and a strong communicatorEnjoys autonomy but thrives in a supportive, people-first environment
You'll spend most of your time out of the office completing routine and vacate inspections, supported by an experienced admin and PM team who handle the bulk of the paperwork, maintenance coordination, and trust accounting.
