The Improvement Officer will be guided and supported to identify and execute enhancements to a diverse range of subject matter with a focus on processes, systems and ways of working.The role will also play an key role in supporting the day-to-day management of utility processes across Homes Victoria that includes investigating invoicing and utility anomalies and coordinating issue resolution across a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely outcomes.This role requires a proactive and curious mindset with determination to improve ways of working.
It also required strong record management skills, a habit of steady follow-up and the ability to investigate operational issues, analyse information and determine appropriate actions.Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
Work eligibility will be checked as part of the recruitment process.
