You'll be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the Kitchen and working in a team to provide quality and a high level of food service while adhering to Kitchen policies and procedures.




You'll display a passion for all things food and show a flair for creating dishes made from local ingredients.The Ideal Candidates Must Have:At Least two years experience in a similar role for ChefsAn open & skilled communication styleStrong understanding of dietaries and how to process them in a high-pressure environmentAn eagerness to learnA highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to perform in a high-pressure environmentOrganizational and time management skills is essentialAvailable and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWorking rights with no restrictionsPlease be aware applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia.
