We are a fresh and cutting-edge salon looking for a front of house manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has experience in a client-focused setting with the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workload, and maintain a professional presentation. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include: n
Manage front of house operations, including the reception area and customer service.

Oversee scheduling, appointment booking and client flow to ensure efficiency.

Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
n
Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including maintenance and cleanliness.
n
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
n
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
n
Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.
