We are partnering with a leading general insurance organisation undertaking a significant transformation across its underwriting technology and operating environment.
n
This is a senior delivery role responsible for leading complex technology transformation across underwriting, policy and core insurance platforms , working across business, technology and senior stakeholders.
The Role n
n
Lead a major insurance technology transformation program
n
Deliver change across underwriting, policy administration and associated platforms
n
Manage multiple technology and business workstreams across a complex setting
n
Work closely with underwriting, product, operations and technology teams
n
Lead program governance, SteerCo reporting, RAID and complex dependencies
n
Coordinate internal teams, vendors and delivery partners
n
Drive platform modernisation, process simplification and improved business outcomes
n
Support opportunities across data, automation and AI
n
Manage program budgets,
delivery plans, resources and key milestones
n
Ensure effective transition from transformation into BAU
n
About You nn
Experienced Senior Program Manager with a track record delivering large, complex technology programs
n
Solid general insurance experience
n
Experience across underwriting, policy administration or core insurance platforms
n
Broader claims transformation experience will also be highly regarded
n
Strong business-facing capability — able to work effectively with senior insurance stakeholders
n
Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs
n
Strong executive and SteerCo communication
n
Comfortable operating across complex matrix environments
n
Able to bring together business, technology, product, data and vendors
n
Pragmatic, hands-on delivery style with the ability to operate at a strategic level
n
