Key responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements .

n
Break down large, ambiguous problems into smaller, well-defined tasks or use cases.

n
Create process flows, user stories, functional specifications , and other artifacts.

n
Translate business needs into logical, structured, and actionable requirements .

n
Work closely with developers, testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure accurate implementation.

n
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to uncover root causes.

n
Perform gap analysis , impact assessments, and data analysis as needed.

n
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating deliverables.

n
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

n

Required skills and qualifications :

n

n




3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

n
Solid logical thinking and analytical skills — able to approach problems methodically.

n
Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex ideas simply.

n
Experience in writing explicit, structured documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, BRDs).

n
Comfortable with process mapping tools (e.g., Griffy, Visio).

n
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

n

Nice to Have:

n

n
Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, Power Platform).

n
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

n
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.

n
Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
