As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support daily restaurant management, lead the team through busy service periods, drive crew training, improve guest experience and manage inventory and financials.

Support inventory control and financial management (P&L;).

Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
