Kogarah Tavern, part of the reputable Lewis Hotels Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our venue management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership and customer service skills to support the day-to-day operations of a busy pub setting and help deliver a high standard of service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day venue operations and ensure smooth and effective service across the venue.

Supervise, support and coordinate front-of-house staff during shifts.

Lead by example in delivering high standards of customer service and guest experience.
n
Manage customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a qualified and timely manner.
n
Assist with staff rostering, shift allocation and daily operational planning.
n
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, RSA, gaming, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.
n
Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout each shift.
n
Support cash handling, reconciliations and end-of-shift procedures.
