Job Description

Burgess Paluch seeks a Commercial Litigator at the 1–4 year level to undertake a mix of insolvency and IP litigation. You will work directly with a partner renowned in breach of confidence and advertising litigation and advise on all aspects of IP creation, acquisition and enforcement.
