Narrabeen Family Medical Practice is a busy growing General Practice supporting the community on the Northern Beaches. We are experiencing a continued period of growth and require one recent team members, and we can offer part time or casual employment ranging from 3 to 4 days. Our practice is non corporate and offers a family friendly environment.

The position would suit a confident, well organised person, with good computer skills and excellent customer service.

n

Rostered 7.5-hour shifts are between 7.45 am-6pm Monday-Friday with flexibility required and the occasional Saturday morning (7.45 to 12 noon) on a rotating roster. No Sunday or Public Holiday.

Our practice consists of 11 part time GPs, three practice nurses and our hard-working reception team. The role reports directly to the practice manager and practice principal.

Experience (1 to 2 years)



working in General Practice and practice management software (Best Practice)

n

Ability to work in a very quick paced workplace

n

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are vital

n

Empathetic patient-focused approach

n

Work co-operatively and prioritise tasks

n

Ability to work in a well-established practice team

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

n

Ability to take on extra administrative tasks to support the practice manager.

n

Experience with Medicare billing and claims processing

n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

n

Must have permanent Australian work rights
