Key Responsibilities nn
Engage and greet customers in the showroom workplace
n
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and guide customers through selections
n
Drive sales and consistently achieve weekly targets
n
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
n
Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and stock movement
n
Assemble products when required and maintain showroom standards
n
Skills & Experience Required nn
Minimum 2 years retail sales experience (furniture or high-value items preferred)
n
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
n
Strong communication and negotiation skills
n
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
n
Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
n
Basic leadership/management capability highly regarded
n
Work Requirements nn
Availability during retail trading hours, including: n n
Weekends
n
Thursday late-night trading
n
Public holidays
n
n

This role is sales-focused - customer service experience alone is not sufficient

Students and temporary visa holders are not suitable for this position
