We are looking for Disability Support Workers who are passionate about providing high quality services to the people they support.
About You Due to client preference- Female workers of Polynesian/Current Zealand background are strongly encouraged to apply AINs, ACWs, Cert-III, Cert-IV or Allied Health graduates / students n
Willing to work in various locations including Ingleburn to assist clients with ABI and high support needs living in their homes
Experience with challenging behaviours n
Versatile attitude with good availability including weekends and night shifts
n
Willingness to travel
n
Willing to deliver the company’s client-centred care program which includes, but not limited to the client’s clinical care, personal care,
physiotherapy & exercise programs, appointments, vocational assistance, shopping, domestic duties and recreational activities, etc.
You must address the following criteria to be considered for an interview: n
AIN III / Cert IV, EN, RN, Allied health student or experience working with clients with a disability, ABI , Dementia and or/high support needs

Current First Aid Certificate
n
Current National Police Check – within last 6 months
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Current Driver’s License
Female of Polynesian/New Zealand background- as per client request Ideal Candidate n
Good communication skills verbal and written
n
Positive availability and adaptable attitude
n
Experience working with people with disabilities
n

Training and orientation provided
