About the Opportunity n

We have an exciting prospect for an ICT Support Officer to join a leading educational organization on a 12-month contract. You’ll be working with a variety of technology and providing on-site support across multiple locations. The technology you will work with is diverse, making this a dynamic role with the prospect to develop your skills.

Your Responsibilities n

n
Provide in office support and service to staff and students across multiple sites.
n
Ensure all assigned support requests are promptly resolved (Level 1 and 2 support).
n
Provide incident response and diagnostic support for users and incidents raised.
n
Deploy, configure, upgrade and support devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
n
Install, configure, upgrade and support services including operating systems (MacOS, iOS, and Windows), applications, and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365).
n

About You n

You’ll be a excellent fit within the ICT Support Officer role if you have a customer-centric approach, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You’ll need:

n

ICT experience in a similar role, with exposure to a broad range of technologies.
n
Experience with and sound knowledge of general operating systems and software (Apple and Microsoft technologies).
n
Expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
n
A strong ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
n
A track record of delivering quality service to users.
n
Relevant qualifications and industry certifications will be advantageous.
n
A current driver’s license.
n
