Deliver live in-dealership sales events and high-impact training across Australia

Coach sales teams during live customer interactions on the showroom floor
n
Lead appointment-setting sessions and support in office deal closing
n
Activate showroom environments to build immediate energy and sales momentum
n
Collaborate with Territory Managers to execute multi-day sales events
n
Skills & experience nn
Sales Manager or higher leadership experience with a top 25 automotive brand
n
Valid driver's licence and willingness for frequent interstate travel
n
Proven ability to engage, energise, and lead dealership teams on live event days
n
Robust phone, communication, and public speaking skills in fast-paced environments
n
Demonstrated success in hands-on sales leadership, persuasion, and deal execution
n
n
Compensation for this role is performance-based and aligned to experience, with expected annual earnings of $150,000+ and no cap for high performers.
Contracts are renewed on a 12-month basis, with robust opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.
