Job Description

Storage King is seeking an IT Support Technician based in North Sydney to provide Level 1 and 2 support across hardware, software, VOIP and networking. You will assist with system implementation, process improvements, and asset management within a multi-site workplace.

You will support Microsoft 365, Azure, Storman Cloud and other key tools, manage user onboarding, and collaborate with IT & Innovations on upgrades and rollouts.
